Full data update to FTA List for Globecast/97W/Galaxy 19

The entire channel list and data for 97W has been gone thru and updated today. Too many channels have went encrypted/unencrypted, been added or are missing to count.
Some notable changes are new Laotian channels and Hope TV & Esperanza TV have migrated from AMC4. See FTA List for full details.

Major Update to FTA List Complete
